As a small, Hispanic/Veteran owned company, we pride ourselves in our diversity as well as our employee satisfaction and safety. Most of our employees are Hispanic, as well as owners in the company and they have been with us since the very beginning. Each year we continue to grow and strive to be a better organization.

As entrepreneurs, we develop blends and products for emerging markets and conscious consumers. We partner with industry leaders to bring new flavors and the highest quality ingredients to our customers. Our emphasis on long term relationships is the key to our consistent supply of safe, certified ingredients. Our goal is to work together to develop sustainable supply chains that honor and respect everyone involved.

Recently, Golden Hill Foods was assessed by EcoVadis to evaluate our level of sustainability. In the future, we will continue to improve our score through formal reporting on our paperless office and overall reduce our carbon footprint. As a small company, we can make a real impact through who we choose to partner with and which initiatives we focus on. Our current initiatives include: clean label solutions, vegan products, and steam treated chiles grown and treated by our partners in the Hatch Valley, New Mexico, USA.
