J.C. Gonzalez-Mendez – President GM Integritas Consulting, LLC.

J.C. is 31 year veteran of the food industry in global business development. He retired from McDonald’s Corporation in 2015 as President and CEO Ronald McDonald House Charities. He was previously President of McDonald’s Latin America, overseeing 2,000 restaurants in 29 countries with sales in excess of $5 billion. J.C. also served as SVP, Chief Supply Chain Officer for North America, where he coordinated food, paper and toy purchases worth more than $10 billion, as well as logistics and distribution for over 15,000 McDonald’s restaurants in the United J.C.’s operational experience expands the US borders. He served as VP/General Manager of the Greater Chicago as well as President for McDonald’s Mexico. J. C. has a B.S. in Biochemical Engineering with minors in Food Technology and Marine Sciences from the Monterrey Institute of Technology, in Mexico; and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Lou Nieto – President, Nieto Advisory, LLC.

Mr. Nieto is a seasoned leader in the packaged foods industry. Having spent over 28 years in the industry, Mr. Nieto has deep domain expertise and executive leadership capability not only in consumer foods including marketing and brand management, strategy, distribution, private label, ethnic, and dairy, but also in implementation and change management. In addition to being President of Nieto Advisory, LLC, Mr. Nieto is also a Managing Director and Consumer Foods Sector Leader at Akoya Capital, LLC. Mr. Nieto served as the President of Consumer Foods Refrigerated of ConAgra Foods, Inc. and its President of Packaged Meats and Deli since 2005. He served as President and CEO of Federated Group, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Nieto held senior positions as Group President at Dean Foods Company. He had executive-level experiences as EVP, Marketing, Sales & Distribution for Mission Foods. He had large company sales, marketing, and branding experiences and held positions of increasing responsibility at Kraft Foods, Inc. and The Quaker Oats Company. He serves as a Director of Ryder System, Inc.; Food Evolution; Eddy Packing Company; and Auto Zone. Mr. Nieto received the 2007 Stars award from the Hispanic Alliance for Career Advancement (HACE). Mr. Nieto earned an M.B.A. degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and a B.A. degree from The University of Chicago.
